The Rats

ALLIE BELLAMONT came from England to lead San Diego's small clan of rats. She rules alone, but has close ties to the Master of the City.

The Hyenas

CARINA TETA rules the city's hyenas with a velvet glove. Her relations with the other clans are rocky, and she tends to keep to her own.

The Vampires

CINGUALAN is by far the most enduring Master of the City San Diego has ever had. He has political ties to most of the clans, and plots to go along with every one.
